Lease Administrator Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the management of diverse property assets in a vibrant city.

The portfolio includes over 1,500 property interests covering assets such as building properties, footway agreements, vacant land, and road interests.

This is an opportunity to contribute to the realisation of our Sustainable City vision by driving high-performance asset management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support Asset managers in meeting leasing objectives
  • Develop detailed reports for quarterly analysis of portfolio performance
  • Maintain registers to ensure accurate leasing data capture
  • Develop proactive workflows using the City Management Information System to leverage key lease data

You will work with passionate people who care for our communities and create a future for all.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience in property management or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Able to maintain accurate records and databases
