We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Media Associate Director Leader to join our team at GroupM Australia.


Job Description


The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of media professionals, delivering high-quality media plans for our clients. The role will involve shaping and managing the delivery of client media plans, leveraging your expertise in implementation planning and buying to drive business results.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and deliver high-quality media plans that meet and exceed client expectations
  • Leverage data and technology to optimize media buying strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with publishers and vendors
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team through training and mentoring

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in media planning and buying, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • Strong knowledge of the media landscape, including traditional and digital channels
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • A passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
