The Role

We are seeking an experienced Planning Director to lead the planning of client campaigns across both online and offline channels. You will directly manage and lead a team of 2 planning specialists while supporting the Business Director in leveraging relationships to create and sell insightful media plans.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning of client campaigns across both online and offline channels
  • Lead a small team of planners while working closely with the digital team on the client portfolio
  • Be the principal client contact throughout the whole planning process
  • Project lead closely with the wider PHD business units such as Research, Strategy & Investment
  • Strategically deliver insightful media strategies for your client, in conjunction with the strategy team where needed
  • Leverage strong relationships and influence clients at all levels

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a media planning role within a media agency across all channels
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills, ideally at a Senior level
  • Experience leading a digital led client account in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of digital channels and how they work across brand and performance
