Dispute Resolution Specialist

The Internal Review and Complaints Team based in Melbourne is seeking skilled Complaints Officers to join them for a 12-month period.
This role will involve handling resolutions of reviews and complaints working directly with participants, providers, internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage complaint escalation and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead and support team members to effectively manage complaints within expected timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Managing complaints and participant incidents, including assessing, recording, resolving and referring as required.
- Producing quality written correspondence for a range of audiences, including formal responses.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-volume complaint and/or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to consistently achieve output expectations.
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously as part of a team.
