Overview

This role involves selling HireRight's background screening solutions to Enterprise clients (5,000-14,999 employees), including multinationals and large regional conglomerates across various industries in the ANZ region. It is a regional business development position requiring familiarity with diverse cultures and geographies.

You will meet sales targets by managing a designated territory, proactively generating leads through networking, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), and other platforms, and converting leads into opportunities. Collaboration with international colleagues across APAC, USA, and EMEA will be essential to drive global sales and represent the APAC region in global forums.

Based in our Australian office in Lake Macquarie, NSW, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming how clients mitigate hiring risks through best practices in background screening. As part of a rapidly growing region, opportunities for career development and expansion in APAC will be available.

Responsibilities

Key duties

  • Identify prospects and develop contact strategies
  • Schedule meetings and manage the sales cycle
  • Create business plans aligned with company goals to meet sales targets
  • Participate in sales meetings and ensure timely completion of actions
  • Lead responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) / Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Ensure appropriate pricing for all opportunities
  • Coordinate with the Customer Onboarding team to ensure smooth contract implementation

Experience and skills required

  • Proven success in selling and implementing complex solutions/services to HR or procurement decision-makers
  • Experience selling to large multinational clients, preferably in ANZ
  • Ability to document customer needs through proposals, Statements of Work, or similar documents
  • Experience using SalesForce CRM
  • Minimum 8 years in enterprise sales

  • Documenting customer requirements through proposals, SOWs, etc.
  • Managing SalesForce databases
  • At least 8 years of enterprise sales experience
