SES Program Manager: Governance and Reporting

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our SES Uplift program, driving the implementation of organizational transition and governance systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design, development, review, and implementation of the SES Uplift Governance and Reporting plan. This will involve coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing feedback, and developing strategic reports to inform the transition process.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Graduate or postgraduate qualifications in Management, Business Management, or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of government governance and reporting systems and processes
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

OthersThis is a temporary employee position, with hours of duty applicable to this role pursuant to the Queensland Public Service Officers and Other Employees Award - State 2015. The successful candidate will also be required to participate in an out-of-hours on-call roster during disaster operations.
