Technical Specialist Role

We are seeking an accomplished technical professional to join our team as a Technical Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and manage a team of technical consultants, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical presales/migrations roles, including people management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Communications standards and technologies, including Networking Technologies, Voice technologies, and Security Standards and design.
