Lead Technical Excellence

The role of Laboratory Operations Manager offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills in a supportive environment. As the manager, you will oversee around 35 people across Queensland, with labs in SEQ and Mackay, focusing on technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers through professional technical support.
  • Manage NATA accreditation by overseeing audit processes and addressing any concerns.
  • Measure, maintain, and improve both equipment and personnel performance.
  • Lead recruitment and retention processes.
  • Drive technical improvements to products and processes as well as customer outcomes.
