Our Organisation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Spiritual Care Specialist.

Job Type: Part Time Opportunity

Job Description:

We are looking for someone who has a passion for providing spiritual care and support to our residents. As a Spiritual Care Specialist, you will be responsible for leading not-for-profit organisations that focus on providing a positive and fulfilling ageing experience. You will have the opportunity to work in a high-performance culture that values respect, responsibility, community, and spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide spiritual care and support to residents with a non-denominational approach
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to provide a holistic approach to care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff
  • Contribute to the development of programs and services that promote spiritual well-being

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications in pastoral care, health, theology, or social science, including at least one unit of clinical pastoral education
  • Demonstrated experience in pastoral care and working with older adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current Victorian Driver's Licence and vehicle
