Strategic Sales Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the sales strategy and represent a leading luxury developer in Sydney.

We are seeking a Strategic Sales Leader to lead project sales execution, cultivate relationships with top-performing channel agents, and deliver an exceptional end-to-end experience for discerning high-net-worth buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for an ultra-luxury CBD development.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with influential channel agents and prestige networks in Sydney.
  • Conduct high-level sales appointments with UHNW and HNW buyers, providing a bespoke experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align strategy, feedback, and campaign performance.
  • Ensure service excellence throughout the customer journey from enquiry through to settlement.

About You:

  • Strong background in luxury residential or prestige property sales with deep Sydney market knowledge.
  • Track record of high-value apartment/project sales and working closely with channel partners.
  • Polished, sophisticated communicator with gravitas to engage with UHNW clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and strong influencing skills.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and driven to deliver results in a fast-paced luxury environment.
