Your key responsibilities will include:
• Facilitating and implementing HSE Management System procedures, programs, and processes at Retail Manufacturing sites.
• Providing support to the business to drive a culture of due diligence, coaching, and empowering teams to increase their independence and confidence in effectively leading health and safety.
• Analyzing trends, providing solutions, and encouraging safe behaviors to minimize incidents and deliver HSE plans and compliance.
• Leading and/or participating in investigations into notifiable incidents through to closure, building continuous improvement into HSE performance and debriefing lessons learned to Site Leadership Teams.
