Desktop Computing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and provide support for our desktop computing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely assistance for desktop-related issues.
  • Assist with hardware and software deployment, including the use of tools like SCCM.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on PC/Laptop hardware and peripherals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Optimize resource allocation to meet expectations in high-profile situations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Desired Qualifications:

  • PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification.
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area.
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification.
