Job Title: Site Construction Manager

This role requires a skilled and experienced construction professional to oversee the construction of commercial building sites. As a site construction manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience in installation and fabrication of commercial windows and facades. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage high-stress situations and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising and overseeing construction on commercial building sites
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, communicating same to employees and subcontractors
  • FOLLOWING safe work practices, particularly Safe Work Methods Statements or Job Safety Analysis
  • Conducting toolbox and pre-start meetings
  • Conducting site inspection reports
  • Communicating and updating Operations Manager
  • Day-to-day problem solving
  • Inspecting completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanship

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field such as construction management or engineering. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
