Senior Construction Project Director

A dynamic and challenging role for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead high-profile construction projects.
About the Role- Oversee and direct construction on commercial building sites.
- Ensure strict compliance with company and principal builder health and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular toolbox meetings, site inspections, and report results to senior management.
- Manage day-to-day challenges, inspect completed work, and maintain exceptional standards of quality craftsmanship.
We seek an experienced candidate with a proven track record in project delivery, strategic leadership skills, and attention to detail.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial windows and facades installation and fabrication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including AutoCAD, ACONEX, and Excel.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations, multitask, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, able to identify key relationships with builders and clients, and instruct on-site staff or subcontractors.
