Job Title

As a site coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for our wind turbine team. You will provide support to the site manager and team members, manage relationships across the wind industry, oversee logistics, inventory, and travel arrangements, and assist with workflow management and approvals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing logistical support for tooling and spare parts movements
  • Assisting technicians with service orders, timesheets, and expenses
  • Managing weekly reporting data and coordinating team meetings
  • Utilizing technology to maintain electronic records and other digital mediums

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience on-site at a wind farm
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, follow instructions, and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
