Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled construction professional to oversee the delivery of commercial building projects from inception to completion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct construction on commercial building sites
  • Ensure compliance with company health and safety standards
  • Conduct site inspection reports and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day problems and ensure high standards of quality workmanship

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial windows and facades installation and fabrication
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with CAD software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Able to manage high stress situations and multitask
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage teams
  • Attention to detail and conflict resolution skills
