The primary role of a Customer Service Officer is to deliver exceptional customer service, educate the public on water safety and create an energetic environment.

- Ensure all bookings are logged correctly in the system.

- Handle cash and operate EFTPOS machines securely.
- Manage emergency situations and handle difficult customers effectively.
Candidates must hold the following certificates:
- Working with Children Check
- Child Safe Environments Certificate
- First Aid Certification (Desirable)
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess all required certificates or be willing to obtain them before starting. They should also be available and adaptable to shifts throughout the year, demonstrating high energy, motivation, personable qualities and a strong work ethic.
