Lead Educator Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team. As a key member of our Centre, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an innovative early learning program that reflects current early years thinking and practice.

Your role will involve building meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues, as well as contributing to the implementation and adoption of our Guardian Curriculum. You will also have opportunities to participate in professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an innovative early learning program that meets the needs of children and aligns with the EYLF
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum
  • Participate in professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
  • Prior experience in long day-care
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
  • Current Working with Children's Check
