Early Learning Program Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our early learning programs and teams.
- To lead and manage the development of high-quality, engaging educational programs for young children.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with team members, promoting a culture of collaboration, reflection, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:- Program Development: Design and deliver bespoke learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Team Leadership: Foster a talented team of educators, encouraging growth, sharing knowledge, and driving excellence.
- Business Planning: Collaborate with your team to develop strategic plans for the centre's future growth, focusing on revenue generation and attendance pipeline development.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
- Proven experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
- A track record of delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
- Strong commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management skills.
