THE ROLE

We are looking for Diploma Qualified Educators to work at our Brunswick, Moreland or Coburg services, ideally with experience as a Responsible Person. This is a exciting opportunity to develop leadership capability in a supportive environment and contribute to a great team. We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • A positive and professional outlook, who is willing to learn and grow
  • A passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young children
  • A strong understanding of the compliance and operational requirements of an early childhood service
  • Experience in program planning, including an ability to write comprehensive program plans, observations and learning stories, respond to emergent ideas and document play based learning opportunities using Storypark
  • An understanding of Reggio practices and an ability to create engaging educational experiences for children
  • An ability to connect with, and maintain positive professional relationships with families, children and colleagues
  • Strong communication and administration skills to support the Service Director where needed
  • A willingness to undertake an ongoing open or closing shift as a Responsible Person (operating hours are 7am to 6pm)
