Early Learning Program Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Early Learning Program Leader to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead and guide teams in developing and implementing innovative early learning programs reflective of current early years thinking and practice.

The successful candidate will have sound practical knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF, as well as prior experience in long day-care.

  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  • Lead and guide teams in developing and implementing an innovative early learning program.
  • Document and share children's learning and development with families.
  • Actively contribute to the implementation and adoption of our early learning curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Development: Develop and implement engaging and challenging early learning programs that meet the needs of all children.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and guide teams to achieve high-quality outcomes and provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
  3. Communication: Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to build strong relationships and ensure seamless transitions.
  4. Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of our early learning programs.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
  • Prior experience in long day-care.
  • Sound, practical knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
