Digital Surveillance Systems Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a digital surveillance technician. As part of this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing surveillance equipment to ensure the integrity of operations.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve faults, maintenance requests and equipment failures with the Surveillance CCTV system and other associated Surveillance systems.
- Provide technical support and training to operational teams using any surveillance managed systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to CCTV cameras and system, including hardware replacement programs.
- Assist with system updates throughout projects to reflect the operational layout of the system.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and WHS requirements.
- Certification in CCTV Installation or Security Equipment (highly regarded).
- Extensive experience in Surveillance, IT operating systems and/or CCTV installations, programming, maintenance & repairs.
- Experience using AutoCad, IP Networking, Windows Administration (Active Directory), Electronic repairs and fault finding, highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of relevant statutory regulations and reporting requirements.
- Ability to ensure compliance with business and departmental policies and procedures.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Currently hold or ability to obtain a KE (Key Employee) license.
