Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team in Perth, Australia. As a Product Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies for our existing and new product offerings.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform product positioning strategies.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling value propositions, positioning, and messaging for our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products, features, and integration partners, ensuring successful launches.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify target customer segments and develop strategies to effectively reach and engage them through various marketing channels.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive product adoption, customer retention, and revenue growth.
  • Content Creation: Work with the creative team to develop high-quality marketing content, including product collateral, sales enablement materials, website content, blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for technology and excellent marketing skills. Your key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: In product marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: A good knowledge of the cloud communications industry, including industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to gather market intelligence and identify customer needs through data analysis.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Marketing Tools and Platforms: Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Self-Motivation and Results-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of motivation and focus on results.
