This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialized segment that supplies customized services and wear-resistant components, as well as comprehensive solutions to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and productivity of crushing operations throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regional Service Line strategies, collaborating with sales and technical teams, and fostering client relationships to meet or exceed sales goals.

This includes managing customers and their consumables throughout the product life cycle, identifying suitable products and solutions, and ensuring customer support and troubleshooting.

You will also contribute to go-to-market efforts, implement global Service Group strategy, submit regular sales reports, and ensure integrity within CRM, ERP, and other related systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional Service Line strategies to achieve sales targets and improve aftermarket growth.
  • Manage customers and their consumables throughout the product life cycle, providing timely and effective support and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify suitable products and solutions for customers.
  • Implement global Service Group strategy, including financial and operational aspects, such as forecasting, OI, CM, budgets, etc.
  • Submit regular sales reports and ensure data integrity within CRM, ERP, and other related systems.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in the relevant product line, service line, or process equipment is essential. Specific experience with consumable products is a plus.
  • Good product and competitor knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and objection-handling techniques.
  • Ability to understand economic drivers of the mine and provide support to optimize value generation and capable of communicating complex concepts to customers in simple terms.
  • Experience in collaboration with various stakeholders, from customers to organization leaders.
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken, along with strong reporting and presentation abilities.
  • Able to travel up to 75%, domestic and international travel.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
