Job Description

As a specialist in therapy services, you will work directly with the community, schools and various departments. Our organization is registered with NDIS, offering Positive Behavior Support Early Intervention services to participants under their plans. We deliver these services throughout Perth metro, regional and other remote cities and towns across Western Australia.

This position will be based in Canning Vale, with opportunities to support remote clients via DIDO/FIFO arrangements. Travel is required once a month for 5-10 days dependent on your case load.

Salary negotiation is available based on experience. Professional development opportunities are available, as well as growth within the business.

Working from home for agreed times can be discussed, but a good face-to-face team environment is not negotiable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete indirect and direct assessments including observations and data collection.
  • Collate data for the development of behavior support plans and functional behavioral assessments.
  • Support NDIS participants with disability, their carers, family and significant others.
  • Provide training and support in interventions and strategies outlined in the behaviour support plans.
