Therapy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with individuals in the NDIS and Community sectors to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life. This will involve providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, collaborating with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans and ensure holistic support.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals.

- Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes within the NDIS and Community sectors.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
- Current APHRA registration.
- Valid Australian driver's license.
