Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We provide person-centered care to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and empowerment through evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify participants' strengths, needs, and goals, informing the development of personalized treatment plans.
  2. Implement targeted interventions to enhance participants' functional abilities, safety, and overall quality of life.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes for our participants.
  4. Advise on environmental modifications and adaptations to support participants' participation in daily activities and community engagement.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to promote accessibility, inclusion, and social participation.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude, driven by a passion for delivering high-quality services and making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, prioritizing mutual respect and open communication.
