Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Workforce Optimization Professional to play a crucial role in optimizing resource allocation across the organization. This individual will develop and implement strategies to effectively manage resources, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining optimal coverage for all locations.
This position is responsible for coordinating staff movement, forecasting manpower needs, and creating schedules to ensure real-time data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR teams to monitor return to work and submit necessary paperwork.
About You:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science or a related field;
- You have expertise in Manpower Planning, Resource Allocation or similar areas;
- You possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
- You have experience working in industries where customer satisfaction is key;
- You are proficient in using advanced tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau;
- You can manage competing demands with a customer-focused approach;
- You have experience working in matrix organizations and understand the importance of effective communication;
- You have a demonstrated understanding of human resources, forecasting, and fast-paced environments.
