Optimizing Operations Professional

The role of a Workforce Management Professional involves overseeing the allocation of resources to ensure seamless operations across all locations. This position plays a critical part in ensuring that business objectives are met by developing and implementing effective strategies for managing resources.
Main Responsibilities:
- Resource Optimization: Develop and implement resource optimization strategies to guarantee efficient use of resources.
- Coverage Planning: Ensure optimal coverage for all locations through monthly and quarterly planning.
- Forecasting: Forecast manpower needs, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts.
- Roster Management: Create rosters and shifts, and monitor real-time data on shop performance.
- Communication: Maintain open communication between locations and back-office management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Data Science, or a related field.
- Expertise in manpower planning, resource allocation, or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of Office package, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in industries where customer satisfaction is key.
- Able to manage competing demands with a customer-focused approach.
