**Data Center Construction Leadership Role**
We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead the design and construction process for our data centers. With a strong background in construction management or related fields, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive development.
Responsibilities include:
- Crafting scalable delivery strategies
- Updating existing ones
- Resolving design-related construction issues
Additionally, you will influence the design and construction of our facilities to scale learnings and lessons learned, establishing innovative procedures and protocols for future systems.
This is an opportunity to work on complex, mission-critical facilities and drive process improvements to positively impact quality outcomes. You will also have the chance to partner with General Contractors, developers, and vendors to deliver efficient and high-quality modularized solutions.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- 7-10 years of experience in design, construction, or program management for mission-critical facilities
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction-related drawings
