Data Center Capacity Expert
We are seeking a skilled professional to maintain our critical facilities infrastructure as part of a collaborative team delivering exceptional service to our data center customers.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within our operations team and contribute to the growth and success of our capacity engineering department.
Key Responsibilities:
Process requests for hub deployments using the FIFO method and escalate complex requests to senior team members when necessary
Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders, including operations engineers and sales engineers
Develop process designs for deployments and resolve issues directly or escalate to relevant colleagues as required
Collaborate on complex/large proposed designs with managers or senior engineers within the capacity team
Qualifications and Key Skills:
Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or related field
Strong technical background and ability to work through complex solutions
Familiarity with power and cooling systems in data centers or equivalent experience from other industries
