Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager, Energy to join our Technical Services team. As a key member of our energy reduction initiatives, you will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, reducing consumption, and promoting sustainable practices across the organization.

About the Role

You will be accountable for guiding strategic insights and spearheading the creation of processes, policies, and plans to advance our energy initiatives. Your expertise will enable effective engagement with senior stakeholders, impacting strategic choices and managing our supply chain to ensure seamless and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver management information that empowers decision-making and promotes energy reduction initiatives
  • Seek out innovative solutions to propel ongoing efficiency journey
  • Define, shape, and embed robust processes, policies, and plans for energy consumption reduction
  • Ensure alignment with energy procurement budget, prorated for consumption
  • Collaborate with Lines of Business stakeholders at all levels
  • Drive Retail and Line of Business activities to achieve reduction targets
  • Link Partner behaviour and building performance to measurable innovations

Requirements

  • Financial and analytical expertise - ability to analyze, identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Communication skills - ability to communicate complex data to senior stakeholders
  • Stakeholder management - experience in building relationships with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external

Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £52,800 - £84,300 per annum, plus a range of benefits including hybrid working, excellent work-life balance, and access to exclusive employee discounts.

Schedule and Working Hours
