The role of Procurement Lead is pivotal in leading procurement activities across our Energy Operations business.
You will be working closely with our Maintenance, Engineering and Site leaders, internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to manage procurement requirements and deliver business objectives for our Power Stations.
Responsibilities include planning, sourcing, negotiating and finalising contracts, as well as participating in planning activities within the Energy Business Unit, managing and leading sourcing activities, and management reporting on status of procurement activities.
This role requires someone with demonstrated similar Procurement experience at a Lead or Senior level, a background in the energy, construction, oil and gas industry or heavy industrial sector (Engineering), familiarity with various contracting models, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence a broad range of stakeholders.
