Our team is dedicated to helping injured workers return to employment through the workers compensation process.

This role requires exceptional customer service and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well within a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or disability support is highly advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders such as injured workers, their employers, and healthcare providers.
  • Possession of a passion for helping people and ability to handle challenging conversations.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to think creatively when engaging with colleagues and clients.
  • Empathetic, resilient, and able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of a portfolio of workers compensation claims with a focus on physical and psychological based injuries.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders to help injured workers achieve successful outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing proactive strategies to improve recovery and return to work outcomes.
