Job Description:

As a Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a collision repair centre. The team provides repairs for light to high-severity collisions on everything from small private vehicles to commercial trucks and buses.

We deliver outstanding customer service and get over 300,000 people and businesses back on the road every year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee production management to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Maintain operational efficiency by preparing and reviewing financial reports, job costings, KPIs, and management reports.
  • Oversee staffing levels and processes to ensure site productivity.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by reporting and actioning safety incidents/near misses immediately.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced workshop environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
