Centre Leadership Position

A leading Outside School Hours Care provider is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the effective management of its programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for all children attending the service
  • Develop and implement programs that meet the diverse needs and interests of children
  • Lead and mentor staff to provide high-quality care and education
  • Collaborate with educators to create engaging and challenging activities that promote learning and development

Requirements:

  • PAID Working with Children Check
  • Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012)
  • Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk (CHCPRT025)
  • Experience in a similar role as a Responsible Person, Team Leader, Director and/or Senior Educator
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP)
  • SITSS00069 Food Safety Supervisor

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
  • Cert IV in School Age Education and Care

Work Arrangements:

  • Part-time or permanent position available
  • Afternoon shift or morning shift
