Job Opportunity: Centre Manager Role

This role plays a key leadership position in the success of our centres, overseeing production management, quality control, customer service, and staff management.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join as Centre Manager at either AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs. As a Centre Manager, you will take ownership of your centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team whilst having a significant impact on the day-to-day operational running of the site.

This permanent full-time role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security as part of a larger organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
  • Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: Ensure the site is operating profitability. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports by utilising tools provided to understand site performance.
  • Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed, and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
