Role Overview:
  • Production Workshop Management: Lead production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: Ensure the site is operating profitably by preparing and reviewing P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, and Management Reports.
  • Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all WHS policies and procedures are followed and reporting and actioning safety incidents/near misses immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production operations to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve business goals.
