  • Share knowledge with colleagues and elevate the AI Products team's expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and usability.
  • Promote Xero's profile in the market through public content and events.

About You

  • You have 3+ years of experience delivering AI and machine learning products at scale.
  • You're drawn to solving complex problems.
  • You're comfortable reading research papers and adapting them to practical challenges.
  • You prioritize writing high-quality code from day one.
  • You value continuous learning and growth.

What You'll Bring

  • Ability to translate between business and AI domains.
  • Solid software engineering skills in Python, Scala or similar languages.
  • Hands-on practitioner skills in time series forecasting, natural language processing, classical machine learning and deep learning.
  • Ability to grasp and teach mathematical concepts underlying these domains.
