AI Platforms Engineer

We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our AI & Platform Services team. As a key member of the Engineering Practices group, you will play a pivotal role in building scalable, self-service AI platforms for global use.

About the Role

This is a high-impact position ideal for Senior to Staff-level engineers with expertise in designing, leading, and delivering complex distributed systems. You will need strong software engineering and coding skills, as well as experience with DevOps practices, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes, and containerised applications.

Responsibilities
  • Design and build scalable and reliable software aligned with our technology strategy.
  • Champion engineering excellence, reliability, and performance across the AI platform.
  • Partner with the staff engineer to design and implement robust, consistent systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Support onboarding and mentor team members.
Requirements
  • Proven years of proficiency in backend development with strong experience in Java and Python.
  • Deep understanding of AWS and modern cloud infrastructure.
  • Solid background in DevOps practices and infrastructure as code using Terraform.
