Interior Design Consultant Opportunity

At Metricon Homes, we're committed to delivering quality, service, and award-winning living solutions for Australian families. We're seeking an experienced Interior Design Consultant to join our Studio team in Parkside, South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide customers through the home personalisation and selection process, including interior colours, finishes, and fittings.
  • Maintain and develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services, and processes to confidently interact with customers and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop effective relationships with key supply partners and promote their products.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and detailed paperwork to the Customer and Operations team.
  • Foster a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork are paramount.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Interior Design.
  • Proven experience in retailing, interior design, marketing, or sales, preferably related to the building industry.
  • Exemplary customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
  • An enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven approach to all tasks undertaken.
