Job Summary

Metricon Homes, a leading home builder in South Australia, is seeking an experienced Interior Design Consultant to join their Studio team in Parkside. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and guide customers through the home personalization and selection process, including interior colors, finishes, and fittings; kitchens and bathrooms; and street appeal and outdoor living.
  • Maintain and constantly develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services, and processes to confidently interact with customers and exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets.
  • Develop effective relationships with key supply partners and actively promote their products.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and detailed paperwork to the Customer and Operations team.
  • Foster a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork are paramount, working effectively within a team to create a positive culture with a strong desire for success.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Interior Design.
  • Proven experience in retailing, interior design, marketing, or sales, preferably related to the building industry.
  • Exemplary customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
  • An enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven approach to all tasks undertaken.
