Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client relationships and projects through every phase, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  2. Develop spatial planning and prepare test fit plans for clients and marketing plans for a range of building managers.
  3. Liaise with project managers, contractors, and suppliers throughout all phases of the design process, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  4. Attend client and site meetings, providing expert design guidance and solutions.
  5. Select FF&E to suit the client and budget, ensuring high-quality and functional outcomes.
  6. Prepare conceptual presentations and material boards, showcasing design expertise and creativity.
  7. Develop design documentation and review shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  8. Utilize 3D modeling skills to enhance design visualization and client engagement.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years' experience in a design and construct company, with a strong background in interior design and project management.
  2. Experience in all aspects of the project – concept design/documentation/on-site collaboration with trades.
  3. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Proficient in Revit and InDesign, with a strong understanding of design software and technology.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  6. Strong understanding of building construction and buildability, with the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
