The Role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team as a Senior Interior Designer. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for managing commercial fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial fit-out projects, overseeing design development, construction documentation, and project implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to enhance our services and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial interior design, with a strong background in fit-out projects.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in running projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
