About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team at Unispace. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior design solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Solutions: Provide custom design solutions to meet our clients' strategic objectives.
  • Design Packages: Deliver interior design packages including material selection, finishes, and joinery.
  • Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients throughout the design phase.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with delivery teams to deliver design solutions to budget.
  • Project Support: Support senior leaders on projects in the Sydney studio, including pre-project brief sessions.
  • Culture Alignment: Ensure alignment to Unispace's culture, values, and behaviors.
  • Discipline Collaboration: Collaborate across disciplines, regions, and studios.
  • Design Enhancement: Help drive studio initiatives to improve design.
  • Professional Development: Continuously enhance depth and breadth of design skills, staying current with external market trends.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification or equivalent in a design-related discipline.
  • Commercial Experience: Commercial or workplace design experience.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Revit and other design tools.
  • Client Communication: Comfortable communicating with clients.
  • Project Management: Ability to deliver multiple projects with tight deadlines.
