Security Operations Manager
Job Overview:As a Waterfront Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our waterfront premises. This includes monitoring and maintaining the security systems, building strong relationships with tenants and customers, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain security systems to prevent unauthorized access or breaches
- Build strong relationships with tenants and customers to foster a safe and welcoming environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Collaborate with center management to oversee day-to-day operations and report any security concerns or issues
- Current security license and relevant clearances
- Experience in a security, facilities, or customer service role
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure
- Professional presentation with strong interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation with practical problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of property and facilities operations, or willingness to learn
