About This Role:

This full-time, on-site Client Services Manager position will manage client relationships, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure the successful delivery of our accounting services.

  • Communicate with clients to address inquiries and concerns
  • Oversee project timelines and collaborate with internal teams
  • Supervise client accounts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Proficiency in financial management, accounting, and tax preparation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the accounting or financial services industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
