Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Gold Coast Airport. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to passengers and contributing to the smooth operation of our security checkpoint.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to passengers and respond promptly to their queries and concerns.
  • Efficiently manage traffic flow through the security checkpoint for passenger and priority lanes.
  • Assist with loading of passenger belongings and communicate clearly with passengers regarding divestment procedures.
  • Work in rotation, communicating with passengers in regards to baggage handling and management of priority & family screening lanes.
  • Provide consistent high-quality service to all internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an airport or transportation environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to work a rotating roster across 7 days per week, including early mornings, evening and weekend shifts.
  • Ability to successfully pass drug screening and medical assessments.
  • Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance).
