As the trusted presence on-site, you'll ensure the centre runs smoothly, tenants feel supported, and customers enjoy their time in a safe, welcoming environment.
Every day will bring new opportunities to build strong relationships with tenants, support centre management, and represent the centre with professionalism, approachability, and authority.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and presentation of the shopping centre.
Monitor safety across the precinct and respond effectively to incidents.
Build strong relationships with tenants and support centre management.
Assist customers with enquiries and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
Maintain accurate logs, daily reports, and incident documentation.
Represent the centre with professionalism, approachability, and authority.
The Ideal Candidate:
A current security licence and relevant clearances.
Experience in a security, facilities, or customer service role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
The ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure.
Professional presentation with strong interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation with practical problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of property and facilities operations, or willingness to learn.
