Job Description

This pivotal role involves overseeing the end-to-end project governance, including planning, execution, and successful agile delivery of the new system. With the delivery team and vendor already established, your primary focus will be on setting the cadence and driving project delivery.

  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and maintain a heightened level of governance oversight for the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of proven project management experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Experience with at least one major decisioning program across the credit lifecycle.
  • A strong technical understanding of SaaS platforms with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading technology transformation projects and working with a global vendor.
  • An aptitude for identifying and managing risks.
